How to delete your data on microcrew

You have the right to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page describes how to make the request and what happens after.
1. Self-service deletion (fastest)
If you have an active microcrew account:
- Sign in at microcrew.ai/login
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Erase my account"
- Type
ERASEand confirm with your email address to verify intent - Your account, conversations, leads, voice clones, and integrations are queued for permanent deletion
Self-service deletion runs immediately and completes within 24 hours, including data on backups and downstream processors (DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, Twilio).
2. By email
If you can no longer sign in, or you want partial deletion (specific clients or leads rather than the whole account), email us at [email protected] from the email address on file. Include in the message:
- The email address associated with your account
- Whether you want full account deletion or partial (specify which clients / leads)
- Any specific records to retain (e.g. final transaction records for accounting purposes)
We respond within 1 working day and complete deletion within 7 days.
3. Through Meta / Facebook (if connected via WhatsApp Embedded Signup)
If you connected your WhatsApp Business number to microcrew through Meta's Embedded Signup flow, you can also request data deletion by removing microcrew's access from your Meta Business Settings:
- Go to business.facebook.com/settings
- Settings → Apps → find microcrew
- Click Remove
Meta will notify microcrew of the revocation. We then permanently delete the associated WhatsApp tokens, message history, and AI replies linked to that WABA within 7 days.
4. What gets deleted
- Your microcrew account and agent profile
- All messages exchanged via WhatsApp, Telegram, voice channels
- All client and lead records you've created
- Call transcripts, recordings, and AI summaries
- Voice clones and voice samples (revoked at ElevenLabs as well)
- Cached vector embeddings of your documents
- OAuth tokens (Google Drive, Calendar, Twilio, WhatsApp)
- Telegram bot tokens you provided
5. What we retain (and why)
For compliance and dispute resolution, we retain anonymised billing records (no personal identifiers, just totals + dates) for 5 years, as required by Singapore tax and accounting law. These records cannot be linked back to you.
We also retain a non-identifiable audit log entry recording that a deletion request occurred (date, generic reason) for security investigation purposes. This contains no personal data.
